2012

Dan and I have been totally and completely engrossed in the elections for the past year and a half and we're glad to see it finish. I have never studied the different sides and learned so much about our government and the world than I have this past year and a half. I have a lot of negative things that I could say about how the elections were handled and the outcome, however I think for now I'm going to hold my tongue while I watch and pray that Obama doesn't mess things up too much. I would like to say one thing though. Although I do not agree with ANY Obama policies (I for one am proud of the Constitution), I recognize the history making that took place last night. Our nation has come along way in that a bi-racial candidate was elected. I find it inspiring, motivating and humbling. I look forward to 2012 when a new GOP candidate can and will be put into the White House!
