While my brother Spencer was here, we went to Niagara Falls, Palmyra and the Hill Cumorah Pageant. Niagara Falls was fun, but wet. The Hill Cumorah Pageant was good other than the facts that Mckenzie and Abby chose to be difficult and about half way through they canceled it due to a storm we were having. I guess they want the actors to be safe or something. Anyway, the next morning we went to the Sacred Grove, the Smith homes, drove by the temple and went to the Book of Mormon Publication site. I enjoy walking around the Sacred Grove and feeling a sense of calmness and peace. I am grateful that I have the Book of Mormon in my life. It's teachings and testimony of Christ strengthen my own testimony and helps guide my life in righteous ways so that I and my family can be truly happy.

One of the two nights we stayed at the Palmyra Inn. It's walking distance from the Sacred Grove, temple, etc. There were 2 king size beds. Mckenzie insisted that she needed to sleep in the big bed. Spencer finally agreed, but with the condition that she isn't allowed to move at all during the night. Abby thought that since Mckenzie was going to sleep on the big bed that she needed to as well. So, she climbed right in and snuggled under the covers. Uncle Spencer of course said NO! So, she slept in the pack n' play.
