Grandma Whaley

My Grandma Whaley is one of the most wonderful people in my life. I remember making cookies with her the night before we'd go visit family in Idaho, making ornaments to hang on the Christmas tree and our many trips we took together. She's one of the smartest women I know. She has a thirst for knowledge, a love of traveling and seeing new places and cultures, and how can I forget computers. She knows the computer better than most people. When my grandma and Dan get together and start talking about computers, I get confused. During the holidays, my grandma came down with what the doctor said was a common cold which later turned out she had a brain anurism. She's been in the hospital since and has undergone at least 4 operations. It's not easy to see someone you love go through something like this, but I know she'll get better and I am grateful to my Heavenly Father for blessing me with such a wonderful grandmother. Here's a picture of Mckenzie, Abby and Grandma Whaley during the holidays.

Hi Jessica! Of course I remember you! You guys both served your mission in Russia right? That's where Andrew (my hubby) went as well. Anyways, glad you found us, thats why blogging is so fun. What a fun little family and blog you have! Your little MacKenzie and my Rylee must be almost exactly the same age, Rylee will be 2 on May 29th and baby #2 is due July 15th! So if you have any tips on having 2, I'll take them! Anyways, glad you found us!
