We stayed home for Christmas. WIERD. We've been married 6+ years and haven't had a Christmas at home, so it was a big change. However, it was GREAT! We had a lot of fun just opening presents, making a yummy breakfast, relaxing, playing with new toys, visiting friends and having a delicious dinner.
Mckenzie is holding up the stocking from Great-grandma Whaley. Everyone in the family has one. However, my (Jessica) mom refuses to give me Dan and my stockings...

Grandma and Grandpa Bastian got Mckenzie an American Girl doll and she LOVES it! They even gave her snowboarding gear.
They gave Abby a Bitty Baby with the backpack and she wears it ALL over the place!

LOL I LOVE the photos, especially the last. Hilariously adorable!! We stayed home for Christmas too, we had instead spent 2 weeks in Utah visitng our families at and after Thanksgiving. Missing the Christmas rush and bad weather was great. As nice as it was to see family, it's not easy on the little ones; we now feel the need to keep it low-key for their sakes and have family come visit us if they really want to see us in the future. We'll see, lol.
