My sister Bree has been with us for a week and we've had lot's of fun. From movies (go see Surf's Up), to watching the Simpsons Seasons, to swimming, swimming, more swimming, shopping, Build a Bear and more it's been fun. Saturday we went to the zoo. It opens at 7 am (I know...for a saturday that's EARLY) and now we know why. We planned to be there at 7, but slept in a little and got there about 8:30. It takes about three hours to go around the park and though loads of fun, it was HOT!!! Dan's favorites were the turtles (we were there quite a long time) and the jaguars. Bree's was zeebras and jaguars. Mckenzie's favorites was everything, but especially the turtles and anything with sealife. Anytime she's around sealife she gets SO excited. I loved the cheetahs and tiger, although the tiger was being lazy. They have a splash park that Bree and Mckenzie enjoyed and it gave them some time to cool themselves off. I made sure to put sunscreen on Mckenzie and I was happy I did! It was a great day at the zoo and we're excited to go back. There's another zoo in the area that's supposed to be pretty neat and it has really exotic animals. Here's some pictures of the zoo.

Well- I'm super sad that I didn't know you had moved to Pheonix seeing that we were there last week for a family reunion! Man- wish I was on top of things more often. I hope the internship is going well. It sounds nice. Your daughter is beautiful!
Anyway- gotta get back to work..
We really miss you guys. I wish we lived closer.
-Jed
So jed says you were in PHEONIX. WHY didn't we know earlier. I told paul to get us your new phone number we tried to call you like a gazillion times.... ok a little less realistically.... I was so bummed. I was we had so many chances to come see you all. By the way your daughter.... woah, she's growing so much, we still have her newborn pic on our fridge. She has way more hair than alli did at one. and she's absolutely heart melting. Our phone numbers are the same if you still have those numbers, I know new phones can lose the old numbers that were in them. So I see Jed pretty much told you the same stuff I see, oh well.
love ya'll

p.s. I figure you know, since you were there when we moved here, but we are Dallas, but I guess it's good to remind eh? Jed had a call from one of his close buddies from growing up as a kid (but we like ya'll way more!) who Jed's been doing design for, and he had flown in to dallas like ten times unknown to us, but then confessed he thought we were in San Antonio? What????? San Antonio.... I don't even know if I spelled it right, let alone live there. Ok. so I'm laughing now. keep up the blog, we love the pics.
