What to do when it's hot?

We are always being asked how we stay cool while living in Arizona. First of all, I complain a lot. Besides the typical swimming and playing inside, we also spend a lot of time at the mall. Yes, I enjoy this tremendously and I have actually been pretty good at not purchasing. In the two malls we go to, they both have playgrounds for kids. Mckenzie loves this! She thinks it's so cool. At times I can be a nervous wreck while watching her, especially with bigger kids jumping and running like they've never seen a playground before. Mckenzie also has lot's of fun, as usual, just watching all the kids running around. She's becoming quite the climber, but still not a daredevil (which I'm thankful for).
