I love the snow...when I'm snowboarding or when there's a huge snowstorm and we're sitting inside with hot cocoa. Other than that, I'm not a fan of the stuff. I used to love it! Winter was my FAVORITE season, but the older I get and the more kids I have, the more I prefer the summer!
I must admit, I am completely jealous and a bit envious of the western United States as I hear the weatherman say "In Denver today, it'll be 70 degrees... Here in Massachusetts, we're looking at 30 degrees as our high, bundle up!" I love how it rains here and how you never have to wear lotion because of the humidity, but for crying out loud, LET ME SEE AND FEEL THE WARMTH OF THE SUN!!!
The saying here for March is "go in like a lion, go out like a lamb". I hope this is true and that towards the end of March we'll be seeing rainshowers instead of snowstorms.
About a week or so ago we had a "warm spell" of 45-50 degrees with sunny sky's. I was so excited that I bundled up the girls and went to the park. After about 15 minutes, it started to snow and Abby's hands were turning purple. Mckenzie did not want to leave because she had just discovered her coat had pockets (she's really smart, but sometimes she can be a ditz. we love her!).

I hope you get your warmer weather soon! It really is so much easier with kids in the summer when you can let them burn off all their energy outside.
These pictures are so different. One is having the time of her life and the other is .... is... well like a cute little cold toddler that wants to go home to a warm blanky.
Believe it or not, Abby was MAD when I put her in the carseat. She did not want to leave. I guess her hands her so frozen they went numb or something.
